The Survey is composed by 4 main sections: "General Information", "Current Resources", "Needs" and "Optional Sections". The latter contains 3 subsections. For more detailed information, check the "Survey Structure" page.
To navigate in the survey sections and subsections, there are 2 menus: the tab-menu at the top of the page and the tree-menu on the left side.
In each page there is also a "next" and a "back" buttons that allow to proceed to the next section or go back to the previous one.
Note that every time you change section or subsection the system will ask you if you want to save the data introduced. For more information check the "save the survey"option.
The top part of the page contains 4 tabs called "",.. Each of them will lead to the corresponding section of the survey.
Clicking on "Current Resources", "Needs" or "Optional Sections" you will be able to select which subsections you would like to complete. Remember that you have to select at least one subsection in "Current Resources" and at least one section in "Needs" to complete the survey.
The left-bottom part of the page contains a menu that represents the current status of your survey.
An arrow will show in which stage of the survey you are in this moment.
A color code will help you to track the current status of your sections:
- Grey: this section or subsection has not been completed
- Yellow: this section or subsection has been only partially completed
- Blue: this section has been completed
In the tree-menu only appear the four main sections and those subsections you selected to complete. To select the subsections, click on "Current Resources", "Needs" or "Optional Sections". General Information has no subsections. Remember you must select at least one subsection in "Current Resources" and at least one section in "Needs" to complete the survey.
